Eternia’s business environment is complex and fragmented, with substantial headroom for growth. Windows and facades are high-involvement purchases and the buying journey is long and fragmented, involving influencers like fabricators and architects, multiple site interactions, and complex backend operations.
As Eternia enters its next exciting phase of growth, the priorities are to build the brand at consumer level, efficiently leverage a fragmented channel partner base and scale manufacturing for growth, while ensuring the internal structures, processes and systems are efficiently geared to support this growth. This requires perfectly aligned strategic movement by all functions and all stakeholders towards achievement of critical OKRs.
The role involves supporting in driving the organisation cohesively towards its ambition. The role ensures a dynamic, fast-paced, exciting environment with significant exposure to all business functions (manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, finance and R&D) and across business leaders and external stakeholders.
