dayTrack develops SaaS-based mobile and web applications for businesses across service management, field workforce tracking, digital forms, task management, and operational automation. Our clients include companies from manufacturing, service, and enterprise sectors.
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who can generate leads, conduct product demos, follow up with prospects, and help convert businesses into long-term SaaS customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
- Generate and qualify B2B leads for SaaS mobile app solutions
- Understand customer business requirements and explain product benefits
- Schedule and conduct online product demos
- Follow up with leads and maintain sales pipeline
- Coordinate with technical and onboarding teams for closures
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales activity reports
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets
- Build relationships with SMEs, manufacturers, service businesses, and enterprises
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Experience in inside sales, telecalling, or SaaS sales preferred
- Confidence in handling B2B customers
- Basic understanding of mobile apps, software, or SaaS products
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and email communication
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
