Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about digital marketing, online advertising, and campaign optimization. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and analyze digital campaigns that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop effective marketing creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong interest in digital marketing are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or analytics tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Digital marketing certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
