About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented fresh graduates who want to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
As a Recruitment Trainee, you will work directly with the Founder to learn the complete recruitment lifecycle, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations while contributing to our clients' hiring success.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings across various hiring platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support client hiring requirements and recruitment operations.
Who We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or postgraduate (any discipline).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, and internet research.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
