As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for energetic and result-oriented sales professionals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Identify and generate business opportunities through builders, contractors, architects, developers, and dealers.
- Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
- Promote AJ SmartBuild's AAC Blocks and Panels to prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and collections.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit periodic reports to management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred for senior roles).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Experience in AAC Blocks, cement, steel, ready-mix concrete, tiles, sanitaryware, paints, plywood, or other building material sales will be preferred.
