About the Role
Capitabel is looking for a high-energy sales professional responsible for acquiring customers seeking Business / MSME Loans.
The primary responsibility is to generate quality loan opportunities, understand customer requirements, collect the initial documentation and onboard customers into Capitabel's lending process. This role will require you to report to the Area Sales Manager and will have to work individually.
Once a case is onboarded, the Operations Team will manage credit processing, sanction and disbursement in coordiantion with the SMs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new Business / MSME Loan including LAP and Housing / Builder Finance opportunities through direct sales, references, channel partners, builders, accountants, consultants and business networks.
- Meet business owners and understand their funding requirements.
- Conduct an initial customer qualification to determine eligibility and financing needs.
- Explain Capitabel's lending solutions and financing process.
- Collect preliminary customer information and mandatory documents required for loan onboarding.
- Ensure customer information is accurately captured in Zoho CRM.
- Hand over complete customer files to the internal Operations Team for lender matching and processing.
- Maintain regular communication with customers during the onboarding stage and coordinate with internal Operations wherever additional customer information is required.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and disbursement.
Desired Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Business / MSME Lending including LAP and Housing/Builder Finance or financial services sales.
- Experience with a Bank, NBFC or fintech is preferred.
- Strong networking and customer acquisition skills.
- Ability to understand customer funding requirements
- Good communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and extensive local travel.
- Familiarity with basic business financial documents such as GST returns, ITRs, bank statements and financial statements will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Candidate must have a Two Wheeler with valid paperwork.
Key Performance Indicators
- Monthly qualified leads generated.
- Loan logins submitted and total disbursement.
- Conversion from lead to disbursement.
- Referral and repeat business generated.
- CRM hygiene and timely customer onboarding.
Salary will include fixed + incentives along with other benefits.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
