We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive sales operations for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer relationship management abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Business Development Associates.
- Develop and implement effective Sales Strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Generate and manage Qualified Leads through various channels including referrals, digital platforms, and direct marketing.
- Conduct Client Meetings, project presentations, and site visits to convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong Customer Relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor and analyze Sales Performance Metrics, pipeline reports, and conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and finalize Property Sales Agreements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer data in CRM Software.
- Prepare and present regular Sales Reports to senior management.
- Stay updated with Real Estate Market Trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, including team handling experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding Sales Targets.
- Strong understanding of Residential and Commercial Real Estate sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM Tools, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
