Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments, and Journal Entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and ledger balances.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and MIS reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Maintain inventory accounting for sarees, kurtis, fabrics, accessories, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of GST Returns, TDS Returns, and other statutory reports.
- Monitor production costing and product-wise profitability.
- Verify payroll entries, reimbursements, and employee advances.
- Prepare budgets and assist management in financial planning and cost control.
- Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Supervise and guide junior accountants and accounts executives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in inventory and manufacturing accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions), and ERP software.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience in the Saree, Kurti, Textile, Garment, or Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
