Besides that, Socialmon has a save tool that allows marketers to save any marketing inspiration they find - full social media posts, ads and emails - into visual boards for collaboration.
We're still very new (just started 1-2 months back) and are gearing to ship v1 in Jul to Aug 2026. We're bringing on our first Social Media Marketing Manager to own the launch across LinkedIn and beyond.
The role
We're looking for someone who has grown a social channel to a large following and wants to do it again. You'll own our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube - strategy, content, growth, all of it.
This is a high-ownership role on a small, fast-moving team. No layers, no hand-holding, no waiting for sign-off. You set the direction and execute.
What you'll do
- Own and grow our social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) end to end
- Build and ship content that actually performs - not corporate filler
- Design AI-driven marketing loops to scale content production and distribution
- Set strategy, run experiments, read the data, and double down on what works
- Move fast and independently across everything from ideation to publishing
What we're looking for
- Strong growth track record. You've grown a channel to 50,000+ followers and have the numbers to show it.
- Multi-platform. Experience growing more than one of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube - each plays differently.
- AI-native. You use AI loops to drive content and marketing, not as a gimmick but as core leverage.
- Self-directed. You don't need a manager telling you what to post. You see what needs doing and do it.
- Technical. Comfortable with tools, analytics, automation, and the occasional bit of code or scripting.
- Creative + energetic. You bring ideas and momentum, not just execution.
- Startup-shaped. You've worked remotely on a small team before and you want the pace and independence of an early-stage company.
This is the right role if you're excited by a fast-growing startup and a small, independent team where your work is visible and your impact is direct. It's the wrong role if you want a big team, slow timelines, or someone defining the playbook for you.
