Troubleshoot complex wireless connectivity and performance issues • Resolve client issues related to authentication, roaming, and interference • Monitor wireless network health and capacity • Perform AP provisioning, firmware upgrades, patching and lifecycle management. • Analyze logs, packet captures, and RF issues • Design and implement enterprise wireless solutions using Cisco WLC & APs • Perform wireless site surveys, RF planning, and coverage optimization • Configure SSIDs, WLANs, security policies, and QoS • Implement high availability and redundancy for controllers • Lead wireless migrations, upgrades, and new deployments • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
