Front Desk Administrator
Location - Goregaon (West)
Work Schedule - Mon to Sat// 10am to 7pm
Job Role -
- Handle office stationery and pantry inventory management.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and administrative requirements.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation systematically.
- Assist in travel bookings, event coordination, and employee support activities.
- Support HR/Admin team with routine operational tasks.
- Maintain records of all inward and outward couriers, parcels, and documents.
- Ensure proper acknowledgement and documentation for received parcels.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and customer-service attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate records.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
