NCorp Infratech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our plotted development projects.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Maintain customer database and CRM records.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and events.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Requirements
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent in applications like MS Office.
- Excellent in English and Kannada language with good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Mysuru real estate market.
- Must possess own vehicle and smartphone.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives.
