We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our news agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and increasing advertising and subscription revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by acquiring advertisers and corporate clients.
- Sell advertising space across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, agencies, and key clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and create sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Present advertising packages and customized marketing solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the editorial, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, and revenue forecasts.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
- Represent the news agency at business events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, marketing, or business development. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
