Pump Operator – Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense petrol, diesel, and other fuels to customers while ensuring correct quantity and product delivery.
- Provide courteous and prompt customer service, assisting customers with their fueling requirements.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and credit transactions accurately and maintain proper records.
- Follow all safety, fire prevention, and fuel handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the fueling area, monitor pump functionality, and report any operational issues immediately.
