A. Position Summary
We are looking for a Blow Moulding Operator for Dynamic Prestress (India) Pvt. Ltd. The position is based at Nashik/ Sinnar.
The Blow Moulding Operator will be responsible for operating, setting, monitoring, and maintaining blow moulding machines to ensure smooth production of quality plastic products, achieve production targets, minimize wastage, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.

B. Key Responsibilities
- Operate Blow Moulding Machines as per production requirements and production plan.
- Perform machine setup, mould changing, and process parameter adjustments.
- Monitor machine performance and production output during shifts.
- Ensure production of components as per specified quality standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and record inspection results.
- Identify and rectify minor process abnormalities to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Tool Room teams for machine breakdowns and mould-related issues.
- Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and reduction of rejection and scrap.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, rejection reports, and shift reports.
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, and cost reduction.

E. Other Information
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Blow Moulding Operations in a Manufacturing Industry
F. Benefits
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
