SANMAT invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of 3D Printing Trainer at its Dumka Skill Center.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and practical training in 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing.
- Train candidates in 3D design, digital modelling and prototyping.
- Demonstrate slicing, STL preparation, CAD modelling and printing processes.
- Train students in operation of 3D scanning and 3D printing machinery.
- Provide hands-on training in printer operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and basic repairs.
- Train learners on different 3D printing technologies, materials and applications.
- Guide students in developing prototypes and end-use products.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments and practical demonstrations.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety and PPE requirements.
- Support learners in understanding entrepreneurial and employment opportunities in 3D Printing.
Eligibility & Experience
As per the relevant 3D Printing Operator Qualification Pack (MES/Q0511), NSQF Level 4:
- Graduation in a relevant field with minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in printing, OR
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Candidates with practical experience in 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, CAD/3D Modelling, 3D Scanning or related technologies will be preferred.
- Candidates should have strong practical knowledge and the ability to conduct hands-on training.
Certification
- Domain certification for the 3D Printing Operator job role is preferred/required as applicable under the relevant Skill Council guidelines.
- Trainer certification is desirable, particularly certification mapped to MEP/Q2601 – Trainer.
- The QP indicates a minimum accepted certification score of 80% for the domain certification and recommends trainer certification with a minimum 80% score.
Technical Skills Preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
