Job Overview
The Content Specialist is responsible for all forms of short-form content such as developing high-impact ad copies, landing pages, social media content, campaign messaging, outreach communication, and lead nurturing assets to drive lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness. This role involves creating compelling content across digital and marketing channels while collaborating closely with digital marketing, design, and business teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-converting performance marketing content including landing pages, social media ads, Google Ads, display ads and high-impact reel scripts tailored for digital campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Create impactful B2B outreach content including brochures, decks, presentations, and case studies to support enterprise communication and business development efforts.
Develop engaging organic social media content including social media image copy and caption copy aligned with brand communication and audience engagement goals.
Write concise and effective communication and lead nurturing content including SMS campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, and voice dial-out scripts to improve engagement across the learner journey.
Create compelling outreach and brand visibility content including flyers, posters, and standees for events, activations, and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functional with internal teams such as design, product, and sales to ensure content effectively supports overall business objectives.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of experience in copywriting, or marketing communication (Mass Communication and Journalism Preferred).
Prior experience in EdTech, consumer industries, product companies, e-commerce or q-commerce industry is preferable.
Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form content across ad campaigns, social media, landing pages, outreach assets, and lead nurturing communication.
Proficiency in short-form writing for digital marketing platforms including social media, search engines, display networks, and CRM communication channels.
Excellent storytelling, creative writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively across teams.
