The Academic Head is responsible for leading and managing the academic operations of SSC, Banking, and Railway coaching programs. The role involves curriculum planning, faculty management, student performance monitoring, and ensuring excellent academic outcomes and selections.
JOB ROLE: Prepare structured study plans, mock tests, faculty development, and performance tracking
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Planning & Curriculum
- Design and implement curriculum for SSC, Bank, and Railway examinations.
- Update study materials according to latest exam patterns and syllabus changes.
- Plan annual, monthly, and weekly academic schedules.
- Develop mock tests, practice sets, and revision programs.
- Ensure quality and standardization of teaching across batches
Examination & Assessment
- Oversee preparation and execution of daily, weekly, and grand mock tests.
- Analyze test performance and provide corrective measures.
- Ensure alignment with current SSC, Banking, and Railway exam trends. Regular mock tests and performance analysis are core features of competitive exam coaching.
Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in competitive exam coaching/ preparing
- Prior experience in academic leadership is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SSC, Banking, and Railway examination patterns.
