Marketing Manager

A Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the growth and market presence of our entrance coaching company by analyzing industry trends, studying competitor institutions, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic marketing initiatives. The role involves evaluating competitors' programs, pricing, admission strategies, student engagement practices, and market positioning to recommend improvements that strengthen the organization's competitive advantage. The Marketing Manager works closely with leadership to develop growth strategies, build institutional partnerships, identify new markets, enhance brand reputation, and support student admissions through research-driven planning and innovative marketing initiatives that contribute to the long-term success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Creating marketing strategies to achieve organisational goals
- Managing the marketing budget
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, strengths, weaknesses, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications
*3–5+ years of experience in marketing or a related role.
*Bachelor's Degree
*Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
