Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Azure to build and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-stack development, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and team leadership. The candidate will be responsible for designing robust solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React.js.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and Redux Toolkit.
- Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement Microservices architecture.
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Lead technical discussions and support project planning and estimation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely project delivery.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, JavaScript, and Redux Toolkit.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Experience deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Knowledge of application security and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Azure certifications are an added advantage.
