Job Responsibilities
- Handle calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
- Maintain professional communication at all times.
- Follow the company's quality standards and process guidelines.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work Schedule
5-day work week.
Rotational shifts.
Rotational weekly off.
One-side or both-side cab facility, depending on the employee's location.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
