Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production planning, MPS/MRP and capacity planning.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and resources.
- Monitor production schedules, material availability and inventory.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Stores and Logistics.
- Ensure timely delivery and optimum inventory levels.
- Analyze production performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Prepare MIS and planning reports for management.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Planning/PPC in the Tyre Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of MRP, MPS, capacity and inventory planning.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics.
- Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
