Job Title: Sales Manager – Nissan Cars
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and retail targets.
- Lead, train and motivate the sales team.
- Manage enquiries, test drives, bookings and vehicle deliveries.
- Drive finance, insurance, accessories and extended warranty sales.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor team performance.
- Develop corporate, fleet and local market business.
Requirements
- Automobile sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in an automotive dealership preferred.
- Valid four-wheeler driving licence.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
