- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner Manage visitor entry, security protocols, and gate passes Maintain visitor logs and reception records Coordinate with candidates and handle interview process Handle courier services, and official correspondence Coordinate internal communication between departments Assist with scheduling meetings and managing conference rooms Support HR/admin tasks such as documentation and record keeping Maintain office supplies Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff Address visitor queries and provide accurate information Ensure a positive and professional company image at all times.
