Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of commercial food equipment
- Preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Technical troubleshooting and resolution of service issues
- Customer engagement to ensure service quality and satisfaction
- Collaboration with channel partners and service teams
- Accurate service documentation and reporting
Candidate Profile
- Experience in commercial kitchen equipment / refrigeration / electrical systems / food service equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities
- Customer-centric mindset with effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a field service environment
