We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our growing pharmaceutical company. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations, accurate documentation, and efficient support for export and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of coordinating across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and record data related to purchases and export shipments.
- Handle courier services: prepare, send, and track consignments.
- Visit banks for routine banking and documentation work.
- Provide general assistance in office administration, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support logistics-related tasks and maintain export documentation.
- Prepare and update MIS reports for export activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and purchase teams regarding shipment documents and queries.
- Visit the factory to ensure product readiness for shipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: 12+ (higher secondary).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and export documentation preferred.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Willingness to travel locally for bank and factory visits.
