Job Description
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about recruitment, enjoys interacting with people, and is eager to learn. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening and calling candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Manage candidate databases and documentation
- Support day-to-day recruitment activities
- Maintain records and reports related to recruitment
- Preparing joining documents like, offer letter, appointment letter etc
- Joining follow up with candidates
Who Can Apply
- Freshers or candidates with prior interest in recruitment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, coordination)
- Ability to manage candidate data efficiently
- Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn
Pay: ₹9,345.74 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
