Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
- Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, and restaurant premises.
- Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting.
- Support Captains and senior service staff during operations.
- Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Follow all restaurant SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
- Freshers with a good attitude and willingness to learn may apply.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.
