Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to promote our laboratory services, build client relationships, and grow our customer base across industries including water treatment, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, food, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients (industries, manufacturers, institutions, consultants, NGOs, etc.)
- Promote laboratory testing services such as water, soil, food, oil, pharma, and environmental analysis
- Manage inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for conversions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and client meetings
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and clients using CRM tools
- Coordinate with the technical team for timely updates and reporting
- Provide feedback from the market to improve service offerings
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science, or Marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of lab testing services or willingness to learn
- Fluency in Hindi and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
- Proficient in MS Office, email, and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing for testing labs, pharma, water treatment, or related fields
- Knowledge of NABL, FSSAI, ISO, BIS compliance is a plus
- Own two-wheeler (for field visits)

- Salary: As per industry standards (with performance-based incentives)
