Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate process improvement projects across departments.
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions on process improvement tools and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Track project progress and measure the impact of implemented improvements.
- Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and other teams to optimize performance.
