Qualification & Eligibility (As per PCI Norms)
- Educational Degree: Must possess an M.Pharm and Ph.D. in Pharmacy.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Teaching or Research is required.
- Specific Rank: Out of the total experience, at least 5 years must be at the level of Professor.
- Registration: Must be a Registered Pharmacist with the State Pharmacy Council.
- Specialization: Preferred specialization in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administration: Manage the college administration in strict accordance with PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) and Board regulations.
- Academic Leadership: Oversee the academic calendar and ensure the smooth conduct of classes.
- Team Management: Lead the faculty and staff, monitoring their performance and growth.
- Infrastructure Oversight: Supervise the maintenance of pharmacy labs, the library, and overall campus infrastructure.
- Student Welfare: Focus on student discipline and their overall academic excellence.
- Compliance: Maintain and prepare all necessary documentation for inspections and regulatory compliance.
