About the Role :
We’re looking for a high-energy Technical Trainer who can deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences in Embedded Systems, IoT, and Electronics for engineering students, faculty, and working professionals.
This is a client-facing role where you will: - Conduct live workshops (online + in-person) - Create on-camera learning content for LMS - Design experiments, projects, and structured curriculum.
Key Responsibilities :
Training Delivery (Live Sessions) - Conduct offline and online workshops - Deliver engaging, hands-on sessions - Demonstrate experiments using ESP32, Arduino, sensors, and IoT systems - Handle Q&A and troubleshooting
Content Creation (LMS & Video)
- Record on-camera courses for LMS
- Create screen-recorded tutorials
- Structure content into modules and lessons.
Curriculum & Experiment Design
- Design experiments and projects
- Create lab instructions and activities
- Develop structured curriculum
Pre & Post Training Support:
- Prepare materials and setups
- Support learners post-session
Must-Have Skills:
Technical Skills
- Embedded Systems (ESP32, Arduino)
- Sensors & actuators
- IoT (Wi-Fi, MQTT, HTTP)
- Electronics basics
- Raspberry Pi basics (preferred)
Training & Communication:
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to simplify concepts
- On-camera confidence
Tools
- Zoom / Microsoft Teams
- Arduino IDE / VS Code
- Tinkercad
Nice-to-Have
- Workshop experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
