Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a practical understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Selection
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Conduct joining formalities and employee induction.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Ensure proper documentation of employee information.
- Coordinate ID cards, employee codes, and other joining requirements.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
- Monitor absenteeism, late coming, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Prepare monthly attendance data for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with employees and departments regarding attendance issues.
4. Payroll & Compliance Support
- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing.
- Verify attendance, deductions, overtime, incentives, and other payroll inputs.
- Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
- Maintain payroll and compliance-related records.
5. Employee Relations
- Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
- Promote positive employee relations and workplace discipline.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
6. HR Policies & Administration
- Assist in implementing HR policies, rules, and procedures.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and code of conduct.
- Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular HR reports.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
7. Exit & Full & Final Settlement
- Conduct employee exit formalities.
- Prepare resignation acceptance, relieving, and experience documentation.
- Coordinate exit interviews and clearance processes.
- Support Full & Final Settlement activities.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/ERP.
- Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR / MHRM / BBA/B.Com with HR experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
