Experience: 3–5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software or enterprise-scale environments
Certification: Scrum certification mandated (CSM or PSM from recognized bodies)
Proven proficiency in enterprise-scale Agile delivery, coaching, backlog management, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc.
Agile best practices, support Product Owners with backlog grooming, and ensure story readiness for sprints
Remove impediments, escalate issues appropriately, and monitor Agile metrics like burn-down/burn-up charts and velocity
Drive Agile adoption and culture across teams, promote transparency and improvement - Metrics, removal of blockers, continuous improvement
