We are looking for an energetic and reliable Field Operations Executive to handle our ground-level business activities. This role requires extensive traveling for site visits, on-the-ground data collection, and executing various outdoor operational tasks essential to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Visits: Conduct regular visits to client locations, project sites, or market hubs to assess conditions and verify developments.
- On-Field Data Collection: Gather primary data, photos, coordinates, or feedback from the field as per business requirements.
- Client & Vendor Interaction: Meet with B2B clients or local vendors physically to deliver documents, collect samples, or build business relationships.
- Liaison Work: Handle physical submissions of documents to local authorities, banks, or corporate offices as needed.
- Reporting: Provide daily or real-time status updates and field reports to the back-office team and management.
Key Requirements
- Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and a personal vehicle for daily travel.
- Strong physical stamina and willingness to travel extensively throughout the day.
- Good geographical knowledge of the local area/city.
- Basic smartphone literacy (for using maps, sending real-time data, and communication apps).
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle unexpected situations on the field.
Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
