Minimum 10 years of professional experience in planning, design, development, and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Experience in industrial townships, integrated townships, special economic zones (SEZs), industrial parks, smart cities, urban infrastructure projects, or large real estate developments.

Experience in planning and coordination of water supply, sewerage, storm water drainage, roads, utility corridors, power distribution, ICT infrastructure, and other municipal services.

Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams comprising civil, structural, utility, transportation, environmental, and MEP professionals.

Experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, and infrastructure delivery.

Experience in reviewing DPRs, engineering designs, technical specifications, construction methodologies, and project schedules.

Familiarity with applicable national standards, development regulations, and statutory approval processes.

Experience in industrial infrastructure projects and integrated urban developments will be highly preferred.

Lead the planning, design review, implementation, and monitoring of infrastructure works within MET City.

Oversee development of roads, water supply systems, sewerage networks, storm water drainage systems, utility corridors, and associated infrastructure.

Review engineering designs, drawings, technical specifications, estimates, and construction plans submitted by consultants and contractors.

Ensure seamless integration of various infrastructure components across the project.

Coordinate with developers, consultants, contractors, utility agencies, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and schedule performance and recommend corrective actions where required.

Support procurement activities, bid evaluations, contract administration, and technical assessments.

Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, environmental requirements, and project objectives.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.

Lead infrastructure planning for future expansion and sustainability initiatives within the development.

Prepare technical reports, presentations, progress updates, and management briefings.
