Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile SAP Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our SAP landscape. This is a hybrid role requiring a strong balance of both functional business acumen and deep technical expertise. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution, taking ownership of end to end solutions across SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP BO, SAP ABAP, and SAP Basis
Your future duties and responsibilities
. Solution Architecture & Design: Architect comprehensive, scalable, and robust SAP solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration between technical infrastructure and functional processes.
. Dual Faceted Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between functional business teams and technical development teams, translating complex business requirements into detailed technical blueprints.
. Core System Management (ECC): Oversee and guide the configuration, enhancement, and deployment of functional modules within SAP ECC (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP) to optimize core business operations.
. Data & Analytics (BW/BO): Design and govern data warehousing strategies in SAP BW. Ensure effective reporting and analytics delivery using SAP BusinessObjects (BO) to provide actionable business intelligence.
. Technical Oversight (ABAP/Basis): Provide expert level guidance on custom SAP ABAP development, code reviews, and performance tuning. Collaborate closely with the SAP Basis team on system administration, landscape strategy, upgrades, patching, and security.
. Project Delivery: Lead end to end SAP implementation cycles, including requirement gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and post go live support.
. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance, automate processes, and adopt best practices across the SAP ecosystem.
. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
. Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in the SAP ecosystem, with at least 3 5 years acting in a Solution Architect capacity.
. Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of business processes within SAP ECC (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Sales) and the ability to configure and troubleshoot functional modules.
. Technical Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of SAP Basis architecture, system sizing, landscape design, and performance tuning. Proficiency in understanding and guiding SAP ABAP development (e.g., BADIs, BAPIs, User Exits, ALV, Web Dynpro). Extensive experience with SAP BW (Business Warehouse) data modeling, extraction, and performance optimization. Hands on knowledge of SAP BO (BusinessObjects) for enterprise reporting and dashboarding.
. Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.

. SAP Certifications in relevant modules or Architecture.
. Experience with S/4HANA migrations or implementations is a strong plus.
. Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI) and interfacing SAP with third party applications.
