Murex MX.3 Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Murex MX.3 Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Murex solutions for banking and capital markets environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Murex MX.3, MxML Exchange, Datamart, workflow configuration, trade processing, market data, and system integrations.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, treasury, risk, and finance functions to deliver robust solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and support ongoing platform enhancements and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Murex MX.3 solutions in line with business and functional requirements.
- Configure and support workflows, trade lifecycle processes, pricing, market data, and reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain interfaces between Murex and internal/external banking and financial systems.
- Support Treasury, Risk, Operations, and Finance functions across the Murex platform.
- Analyze and resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable system enhancements.
- Participate in Murex upgrades, releases, patches, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, application support teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and support procedures.
- Ensure solutions comply with organizational standards, security requirements, and applicable regulatory practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Murex development, implementation, or production support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Murex MX.3.
- Proven expertise in:
- MxML Exchange
- Datamart
- Workflow configuration
- Trade processing and trade lifecycle
- Market data
- Murex interfaces and integrations
- Strong programming and technical skills in:
- Java
- SQL / Oracle
- Unix / Linux scripting
- Experience working in banking, treasury, capital markets, or financial services environments.
- Good understanding of FX, Fixed Income, Money Market, and Derivatives products.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with GCC banks or financial institutions.
- Understanding of risk management and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Exposure to integration platforms, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, source control, and release management.
- Murex certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
