Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven International Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will connect with prospective learners across the US, Canada, UK, and other global markets, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable IT certification programs.
This is a B2C consultative sales role where you will manage the complete sales cycle—from lead engagement to successful enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact international leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and provide career counselling.
- Recommend suitable IT certification programs based on learner needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including follow-ups and enrollment.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Make approximately 150–200 outbound calls per day.
- Maintain accurate CRM, MIS, and lead records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective learners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–6 years of experience in International B2C Sales, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, International Voice Process, or similar sales roles.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in EdTech, Training & Education, IT Services, International Sales, or Study Abroad counselling will be given preference.
