Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and client hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary packages and release offer letters.
- Coordinate pre-boarding activities and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and staffing partners.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage complete onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Create employee records and maintain HR documentation.
- Coordinate IT asset allocation, email creation, and system access.
- Handle employee confirmation and probation review processes.
- Manage resignation, exit interviews, full and final settlement coordination, and relieving documentation.
- Coordinate asset recovery during employee exit.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain employee database and HRMS records.
- Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Handle employee promotions, transfers, designation changes, and salary revisions.
- Maintain employee personal files and statutory records.
Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs before salary processing.
- Manage employee reimbursements, incentives, bonuses, variable pay, stipends, and contractor payments.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and working hours.
- Manage leave applications, approvals, and leave balance records.
- Ensure compliance with attendance policies.
- Coordinate biometric and attendance management systems.
- Generate attendance and leave reports for management.
Statutory Compliance
- Handle Employee Provident Fund (EPF) registration and compliance.
- Coordinate PF registrations, UAN generation, and employee KYC.
- Monitor PF contributions and resolve EPFO-related issues.
- Coordinate PF transfers, withdrawals, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory labour regulations.
- Coordinate Professional Tax (PT) compliance and statutory deductions.
- Assist in TDS-related employee documentation and payroll compliance.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Promote a positive and healthy workplace culture.
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.
- Support employee wellness initiatives.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain healthy employee relationships.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmations.
- Support performance appraisal cycles.
- Maintain performance records and documentation.
- Coordinate feedback collection from reporting managers.
HR Operations & Administration
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and SOPs.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning.
- Support management in strategic HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Handle HR audits and documentation.
Background Verification & Documentation
- Coordinate background verification (BGV) of candidates.
- Verify employment history, educational qualifications, and references.
- Prepare authorization letters and HR-related official documents.
- Maintain employee compliance documentation.
Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Identify learning and development requirements.
- Track training completion and employee development initiatives.
HR Communication
- Draft professional HR communications, circulars, policy updates, and employee announcements.
- Prepare HR-related emails and official correspondence.
- Coordinate communication between employees and management.
Technical Skills
- HRMS & Payroll Software: Keka HRMS, Razorpay Payroll
- Zoho Suite: Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Mail, Zoho Formsor (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Google Workspace: Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive, Calendar
- Recruitment Portals: Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, Foundit (Monster)
- HR Documentation & Reporting: Employee Lifecycle Management, HRMIS, Payroll Reports, Attendance Reports

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations.
- Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in payroll coordination and statutory compliance (EPF, PT, TDS, labour laws).
- Familiarity with HRMS and payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience using HRMS, ATS, and payroll software.
