Role Overview
We are looking for proactive Sales Executives who can identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and introduce businesses to OomaLabs' services. Your primary responsibility is to bring interested clients to our team—you are not expected to manage technical discussions or project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify businesses that need websites, web applications, AI automation solutions, or custom software.
- Generate leads using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Google Maps, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Clay, Snov.io, and other lead generation tools.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone calls, and networking.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Explain OomaLabs' services and answer basic business-related questions.
- Record all leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the OomaLabs CRM.
- Once a client expresses genuine interest, introduce the client to the OomaLabs team.
- Coordinate a Kick-off Discovery Meeting with the client, OomaLabs team, and the assigned developer.
- During the meeting, our team will gather project requirements, discuss timelines, technical scope, pricing, and the overall solution.
- Continue assisting with communication and follow-ups until the project is successfully closed.
What Happens After a Client Says "Yes"?
- You qualify the lead.
- The client confirms they are interested.
- You update the OomaLabs CRM.
- You schedule a meeting with the OomaLabs team.
- The client joins a discovery call with you, the OomaLabs representative, and the assigned developer.
- Our team handles requirement gathering, technical discussions, proposal preparation, and project planning.
- Once the client approves the proposal and payment is received, the project officially begins.
Compensation
- 8%–10% commission on every successfully closed project.
- Additional performance bonus for projects closed with US-based clients.
- Unlimited earning potential.
- Commission is paid after the client's payment is successfully received by OomaLabs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with Indian and international clients.
- Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
