Boost Events is a Mumbai-based corporate event management company with 15+ years in the business. As we grow, we need someone who can manage recruitment end to end. Find the right people, move them through the process efficiently, and get them set up and ready to contribute from day one.
- 2+ years in recruitment or HR Talent Acquisition role
- Prior experience as an HR executive in an events, exhibitions, or related creative industry based organisation is preferred
- Comfortable sourcing across job portals and LinkedIn
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to process
- Good communication, written and spoken
- Organised and able to manage multiple open positions at once
