We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Industrial Training Expert to lead our technical training and internship programs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact industrial training modules, mentoring students for campus placements, and developing curriculum that aligns with current IT industry standards. The ideal candidate will have deep technical proficiency in Python, Java, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, combined with the ability to simplify complex concepts for students and interns.
Key Responsibilities1. Training & Mentorship
- Deliver hands-on training sessions for Python, Java, AI, and Machine Learning.
- Guide students through the development of live industrial projects to enhance their practical understanding.
- Mentor students for MCA entrance exams (like NIMCET, CUET PG, PU MCA) by focusing on the technical computer science sections.
- Provide career counseling and technical interview preparation for campus placements.
2. Curriculum & Content Development
- Design and update the Industrial Training Modules to include the latest industry trends (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs, Microservices).
- Create comprehensive study materials, including MCQs, practice labs, and data visualizations of exam patterns.
- Bridge the gap between academic theory and industry practice through "Case Study" based learning.
3. Administrative & Institutional Growth
- Assist in managing the technical aspects of University MOUs and institutional partnerships.
- Coordinate student internships, handle documentation (certificates/evaluations), and manage student feedback systems.
- Contribute to technical seminars and workshops at partner colleges (e.g., sessions on "The Future of AI" or "IT Career Roadmaps").
Technical Skills Required
- Python: Advanced proficiency in Python 3.x, including libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Flask/Django.
- Java: Strong foundation in Core and Advanced Java (J2EE), Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- AI & ML: Hands-on experience with Neural Networks, Deep Learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch), NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA): Expert-level knowledge of Operating Systems, DBMS, and DSA, as required for technical competitive exams.
- Tools: Proficiency with Git, Docker, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud).
Pay: ₹18,812.60 - ₹25,606.45 per month
