Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to support our business event and award registration activities.
The role involves speaking with potential participants, explaining program details, and assisting them throughout the registration process. Candidates who are confident in communication and interested in customer interaction will find this role suitable.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce event programs
- Provide clear information about participation options and benefits
- Assist customers in completing registrations
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
- Record daily call updates and maintain lead information
- Achieve assigned targets for registrations and conversions
- Coordinate with the internal team when required
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Basic English speaking ability is an added advantage
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented role
