Foliage Outdoors is looking for a dynamic Travel Sales Executive to handle enquiries and bookings for group tours, summer camps, and school trips.
The role involves managing walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, and website enquiries, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable group tours, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in travel sales, holiday consulting, customer handling, inside sales, or educational tour sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and website leads
- Recommend suitable group tours, summer camps, school trips, and customised travel programs
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Follow up on leads through calling, WhatsApp, and email to improve lead conversion
- Explain itineraries, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, travel dates, and booking terms
- Guide customers in choosing the best-fit travel experience based on age group, interest, budget, and dates
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for accurate information and smooth communication
- Support customers with post-booking follow-up, payment reminders, and pre-departure updates
- Maintain enquiry and booking records in CRM or internal systems
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in travel sales, holiday sales, inside sales, customer service, or educational tour sales
- Good communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi
- Strong skills in customer handling, lead follow-up, calling, and booking conversion
- Comfortable using CRM tools, email, spreadsheets, and digital sales tools
- Interest in travel, wildlife, adventure, summer camps, school trips, and outdoor experiences
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and customer-facing role
- Willingness to work on weekends or extended hours during peak seasons, if required
