# Job Description – HR & Compliance Manager
**Position:** HR & Compliance Manager
**Experience:** 5–10 Years
**Qualification:** MBA/PGDM in HR preferred; graduates with strong labour-law experience may also be considered
**Location:** Meerut / Plant Location
**CTC:** ₹6–10 LPA
### Key Responsibilities
**HR & Recruitment**
* Handle plant and corporate recruitment.
* Manpower planning and hiring.
* Joining and onboarding formalities.
* Employee documentation and personnel files.
* Offer and appointment letters.
* Attendance and leave management.
* Employee records and HR MIS.
**Labour Law & Compliance**
* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and Factory regulations.
* Manage PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory requirements.
* Handle contract labour compliance.
* Manage contractor documentation.
* Coordinate with labour authorities and government departments.
* Maintain statutory registers and records.
* Ensure timely statutory filings.
* Handle labour-related notices and compliance issues.
**Payroll**
* Monthly payroll processing.
* Attendance reconciliation.
* Overtime calculation.
* Salary deductions.
* PF/ESIC reconciliation.
* Final settlements.
* Payroll coordination with Finance.
**Plant HR**
* Worker attendance and discipline.
* Shift and manpower requirements.
* Contractor labour management.
* Employee grievance handling.
* Leave and absenteeism management.
* Employee welfare.
* HR documentation.
* Coordination between management, supervisors and workers.
### Candidate Profile
Hands-on **Factory/Plant HR** experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience in labour contractors, PF/ESIC, payroll, attendance, statutory registers and labour-law compliance.
