Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive to join our US Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers in the United States.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert inquiries into sales by effectively communicating product benefits.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in International Sales, US Sales, Inside Sales, BPO Sales, or Customer Sales.
- Experience working with US customers is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
