- Gather requirements from Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
- Work effectively with HR, Payroll, and Compensation teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A strong candidate would typically have:
- 5+ years of Workday Integration experience.
- Multiple end-to-end Workday implementation projects.
- Advanced Workday Studio development experience.
- Experience integrating Workday with Payroll providers, Benefits vendors, ERP systems, or third-party HR applications.
- Strong understanding of Workday security and integration architecture.
