Job Title: Executive – Finance & Accounts (Individual Contributor)

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounts, Finance, or related fields
Role Objective:
The Executive – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, statutory compliance, cash-flow visibility, payroll operations, and timely financial reporting for Intent Amplify. The role requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and accurate maintenance of financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including expenses, invoices, receipts, receivables, and payables
Perform bank reconciliations and support timely monthly book closure. Maintain accurate journal entries and supporting financial documentation.
Assist with statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF and PT filings, ensuring timely andaccurate submissions.
Track bank balances, receivables, payables, and outstanding payments.
Prepare weekly cash-flow reports and support vendor payment planning.
Assist in payroll processing, salary calculations, reimbursements, and resolution of employee finance-related queries.
Verify and confirm salary calculations mentioned in offer letters.
Support preparation of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, department-wise cost reports, and Budget vs. Actual analysis.
Conduct vendor reconciliations and regularly track outstanding receivables
Maintain proper digital documentation of invoices, contracts, compliance proofs, and related financial records.
Ensure payments are processed only after appropriate approvals and expenses are correctly tagged to departments. Reporting
Responsibilities: The selected candidate will support preparation and maintenance of periodic financial reports, including:
Cash in bank
Receivables with aging Payables
Monthly burn
Expected inflow for the next 30 days
Financial risk alerts
Key Skills & Requirements:
Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
Knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, invoices, receivables, and payables.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, PF/PT, and statutory compliance.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling payroll and financial information.
Strong ownership, accuracy, and ability to work within defined timelines.
Preferred Candidate:
Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, BBA Finance, MBA Finance, or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts or Finance are welcome.
Candidates who are comfortable working from the office in Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune and in rotational shifts
Pay: ₹10,796.17 - ₹21,000.00 per month
