Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Principal to lead our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall school administration, academic leadership, staff management, and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the school
● Oversee daily school operations and ensure smooth functioning
● Maintain high academic standards and monitor curriculum implementation
● Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
● Foster a positive school culture and discipline among students
● Ensure compliance with Board norms and regulations
● Develop and implement school policies and improvement plans
● Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
● Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure effectively
● Promote co-curricular and extracurricular activities for holistic development
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Master’s Degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred)
● Minimum 5 years of teaching experience and 2 years in leadership/administrative role
● Strong knowledge of school operations and education regulations
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to handle challenges, make decisions, and drive results
● Tech-savvy with knowledge of modern teaching methods
